FREE Math Activities Galore from NCTM:)

As high stakes testing fast approaches, teachers are looking for non-traditional approaches to assist students in sharpening their skills before the BIG day arrives:)

There are several ways to do this including worksheets, practice tests based on released questions, games, websites, etc. One site that should put some fun in review is this one: 108 FREE ONLINE MATH ACTIVITIES for grades K-12 from NCTM (national council of teachers of mathematics). All levels of math are covered here. The lesson site is down temporarily, but the activities site is alive and well.

In preparing for your state assessments, why not find games that provide practice in that area of math that your students are struggling with (or just want more practice in) and set them up to succeed in the academic games:)
