Well, after years of inspiring teachers to take and pass the CTEL examination (California Teachers Of English Learners), my fellow trainers and I have prepared a crash test review course for teachers who struggle with high stakes tests:) LAUSD wants all 4 of our classes, but are especially excited about our test essay prep one. I am still on cloud nine and can't wait for the courses to start, but I am hoping this could lead to developing online professional development courses for districts with high numbers of low performing ELLs. We have the techniques and years of experience to inspire, energize, support teachers in adjusting their instructional deliveries and WHY.
